The Ride Grand Island is designed to encourage current and prospective riders to adopt a healthier lifestyle, by riding their bikes year round. It also gives cyclists the opportunity to fundraise in support of Roswell Park Cancer Institute and its core mission to understand, prevent and cure cancer.
