ROSWELL RIDERS
Get Involved: Ride With Us!

We ride for those we've known.
We ride with those who are survivors.
We ride to be a part of the cure.

The Ride For Roswell starts and finishes at the University at Buffalo's Baird Point, an outdoor Greek-style amphitheater located on the southern shore of the campus' Lake LaSalle in Amherst, New York in the Buffalo Niagara Region. The Ride offers a choice of ten different routes for all rider levels, from athletes to weekend warriors to those who have little cycling experience. All ages are a part of The Ride, we even have virtual riders. The 104-mile route is the longest and the most difficult route. For the middle of the road biker The Ride has 62.5-mile, 44-mile, 33-mile, 30-mile, 22-mile, and 20-mile routes. For the novice an 8-mile route, and 3-mile family fun route perfect for those with trailers, tricycles, and child bike seats, and the 12-mile Extra Mile Club Peloton which travels from Roswell Park to the University of Buffalo Amherst campus.

Whatever your level of skill, we have a ride that you'll enjoy. Whatever your ability to raise funds, you should know that every dollar funds hope, support for cancer research and patient care at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Last year, our riders raised $3.2 million. Once you register, you can develop your own personal web page where you can manage your fundraising, e-mail donors, upload photos, create a slide show, leave personal messages, and more. For tips about fundraising and supplies go to our Fundraising Center. We'll help you get your bike on the road at the Gearing Up Center. There you get the latest safety tips, learn how to train, and tune up your bike for The Ride.

The Ride For Roswell is about hope. We're glad you're joining us.
